Greg is a dedicated personal trainer on a mission to transform lives through fitness. Specializing in bodyweight conditioning, strength, balance, and addressing specific health concerns like obesity and diabetes. His journey towards fitness advocacy began after overcoming numerous surgeries and a challenging car accident in his early life. Inspired to make a positive impact, Greg embarked on a transformative path in his early 30s, channelling his personal experiences into a commitment to change lives. Due to his own journey of recovery, Greg understands the challenges of living with pain and injuries. Greg has a Level 4 personal trainer certification, expertise in obesity and diabetes, and as an exercise referral specialist, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge to his practice.
